Welcome! We specialize in working with young adults struggling with self-esteem, relationships, mood and anxiety issues. Through a collaborative approach, our focus is on building a trusting relationship between us to help you identify and reach your goals. We use our various trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and exposure therapy to teach concrete skills proven to help a variety of personal and familial challenges with the ultimate goal of finding validation and support as well as improved changes in your life.
