Sydney Pollock-Tobert
Looking for a therapist can be challenging. It can be hard to find someone who is the right fit. I am a licensed clinical social worker working with clients of all ages. I have experience working with those who have experienced traumatic events, grief and loss, anxiety, depressive symptoms, divorce/separations, behavioral concerns, family conflicts and life transitions.
In our sessions together, I use an eclectic approach of modalities including talk therapy, psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed therapy, the Ackerman Relational Model, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
In my practice I offer a warm and empathetic approach that is centered around your needs. Please feel free to reach out to set up a 15 minute consultation call.
