Sophia Soloway Therapy
I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist (LCSW) with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults coping with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, challenging life circumstances, transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.
I believe in treating each patient as an individual. I draw from many different treatment modalities in order to help patients better understand themselves and develop skills to cope with anxiety, stress, depression, and other emotional pressures.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where patients can talk openly and freely without fear of judgment. In this space patients can reflect on their experiences in order to better understand themselves, work towards their goals, and ultimately increase enjoyment of life.
