  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. If you are stuck in a loop of anxiety, depression, or the stress of a major life transition, it is easy to feel like your situation is permanent. I am here to help you shift that lens. I believe therapy works best when it is a genuine human conversation rather than a clinical checklist. I create a judgment free environment that is humorous, playful, and real, allowing you to drop the perfect act and finally be yourself. We move past simple coping to help you rediscover your potential through a blend of science and spirit.

Through a unique clinical lens, I combine practical, evidence based tools with a deeper exploration of your identity. As a PhD candidate at Pace University, my research focuses on the power of spirituality and Buddhist concepts in mental health. If you are looking to integrate spiritual awareness into your healing, I offer a specialized perspective that goes beyond standard talk therapy. We utilize CBT and mindfulness to build concrete skills for managing stress in real time, while employing an existential approach to help you navigate life's storms with confidence.

I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Whether you are navigating trauma or simply seeking clarity in a high pressure environment, our work is a collaborative partnership built on trust. You do not have to wait for a total collapse to prioritize your well-being or earn your right to feel better. Let us work together to move toward a more empowered, fulfilling life where you can stop performing and start living with genuine purpose.

*Insurance & Fees* I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Quest Behavioral Health, and Northwell Direct. For all other major insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. My office provides a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement and we will assist you in verifying your benefits to make the process as seamless as possible. I also offer a sliding scale rate for those in need. Please reach out to learn more about how we can start this work.
