I offer culturally-responsive individual therapy for adults struggling with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, disordered eating, substance misuse, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I am well-versed in working with individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and provide an affirming space for all gender identities and sexual orientations.
I offer in-person sessions at my office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, as well as the option to meet virtually via HIPAA-compliant Telehealth services.
