Jamie Adges
As a Creative Arts Psychotherapist and Drama Therapist, I interweave creative expressive techniques along with traditional talk therapy to support you in releasing old patterns and habits, identify places you feel stuck, and move towards a place of self acceptance, healing, and growth.
My role as therapist includes being a guide and support on your unique journey, utilizing both creative expression and talk therapy depending on your needs and level of comfort. I believe that real change happens when we connect mind and body, allowing us to explore places that hold us back, and reconnect with ourselves to live a more full and joyful life.
I work primarily with adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self esteem issues, and learning differences.
