Blue Harbor Psychotherapy is a virtual psychotherapy practice based in New York City whose primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive and comfortable space for clients to work through issues and challenges. We believe in a holistic, integrative and collaborative approach to mental health wellness. We also aim to remove the stigma around mental health. We believe that mental health matters and taking care of it should be priority for everyone.
